Definitions

In these general bonus terms and conditions (the “Terms”), the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Bonus: any promotional incentive credited to a Bonus Balance, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cash bonuses, and any other credit awarded under a promotional offer.
• Bonus Balance: the portion of your account balance comprised of bonus funds and winnings attributed to bonuses; these funds are not directly withdrawable until the wagering requirements are fulfilled and the balance is converted to Cash Balance as permitted by these Terms.
• Cash Balance: funds that originate from your real money deposits and are eligible for withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any remaining Bonus Balance.
• Wagering Requirements (Playthrough): the number of times the total eligible bonus amount (and any linked winnings) must be wagered before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Promotional Offer: any bonus, free spins, cashback, or other incentive available under a promotion in respect of which these Terms apply.
• Active Bonus: a Bonus Balance that has unmet wagering requirements or is otherwise subject to promotional terms and has not yet been fulfilled or cancelled.
• Irregular Play: conduct that the operator, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive or exploitative of bonuses (including, but not limited to, multi-accounting, hedging, and obvious manipulation of wagering requirements).

Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility for any Bonus is limited to natural persons who: (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) have an active Ffbet account in good standing; (c) are located in a jurisdiction where rewards and gaming activities are legal and permitted; and (d) comply with all applicable laws. The operator may suspend or terminate a Bonus if required by regulatory or internal policy considerations.

Single-account rule: Each person may hold one account. The operator may suspend or close accounts suspected of duplicate registration, shared device use, or other circumventions of these Terms.

Bonus Offers and Qualifying Deposits

Bonuses are offered as promotional incentives and may include deposit bonuses and/or free spins. Details of each offer are provided in the offer terms and are binding. A minimum qualifying deposit is required to receive deposit-based offers, and the minimum is published in the specific offer terms. The standard minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent in another currency unless stated otherwise.

Bonuses are not universally combinable; a single promotion may be active at one time. Activation generally requires opt-in or a claim procedure described in the offer terms. Some offers may require you to make a qualifying deposit via a designated payment method or within a specified time window.

Bonus Balance, Cash Balance and Withdrawals

The casino uses a dual-balance model: Cash Balance and Bonus Balance. Funds in the Bonus Balance must be wagered in accordance with the wagering requirements before they can be converted to Cash Balance. Only funds in Cash Balance are eligible for withdrawal; funds in Bonus Balance may be withdrawn only to the extent they have been converted to Cash Balance upon meeting all wagering obligations or as restricted by the specific offer terms.

You may not withdraw from the Cash Balance while there remains any Bonus Balance with unmet wagering requirements. Withdrawals are only permissible when the Bonus Balance is zero or when the offer terms expressly permit withdrawal of bonus funds in the manner described in the promotional terms. All withdrawals are subject to verification checks and the operator’s normal withdrawal policies.

Wagering Requirements and Time Limits

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms, the standard wagering requirement is 40 times the eligible bonus amount (and any linked winnings). Wagering contributions vary by game type and are determined by the game’s contribution to wagering as published in the game information screen; in the absence of a specific publishing, the following contributes apply by default: 100% for Slots, 10% for eligible table and card games, and 0% for Live Dealer and certain other games. Promotions may specify different contributions and time frames.

All wagering must be completed within the time limits stated for the relevant offer. If wagering requirements are not met within the prescribed period, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. A Bonus can be cancelled if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, in which case the Bonus and associated winnings are void.

Activation, Expiry and Renewal

Bonuses must be activated via the established opt-in process or claim mechanism. Unless the offer specifies otherwise, the standard validity period for deposit-based bonuses and the associated wagering is 30 days from the date the Bonus Balance is credited. Free spins generally have a shorter activation/window and are typically valid for 7 days from issuance, with winnings subject to wagering requirements as described in the offer terms.

Once wagering requirements are fulfilled and the Bonus Balance is reduced to zero, any remaining winnings that originate from the Bonus Balance may be converted to Cash Balance subject to the offer terms and may then be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

Maximum Bets During Wagering

During any active wagering on a Bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is €5 or the equivalent in your currency, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the offer terms. This restriction applies to all wagers and game rounds conducted while the Bonus is active.

Withdrawal Limits and Verification

Minimum withdrawal amounts and the maximum withdrawal limits vary by offer and jurisdiction. In general, the minimum withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent, and withdrawals are subject to standard verification checks (identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds). No withdrawal may be processed for Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are satisfied or the offer terms permit withdrawal of bonus funds.

All winnings derived from a Bonus are subject to the applicable withdrawal limits for that offer and may be capped at the maximum permitted withdrawal for the offer. The operator reserves the right to adjust or decline withdrawals in cases of suspected irregular activity or bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse, Irregular Play and Compliance

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, hedging, or deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. The operator may suspend, cancel, or confiscate Bonus funds and related winnings if irregular play is detected or suspected. The operator may also block future promotions for the offending user and, where appropriate, report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

Players must comply with all applicable laws and the operator’s internal policies, including anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming requirements. The operator reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any Bonus or related winnings in the event of policy violations or if a payment service or provider disputes a deposit or withdrawal.

Promotions, Modifications and Termination

Promotions are offered at the operator’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already redeemed remain subject to their stated terms. The operator will endeavour to publish any material changes and will apply them to future offers in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Any disputes arising from Bonus offers shall be resolved in accordance with the operator’s dispute resolution process and, where required, through the appropriate regulatory authority and courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s licensing authority.
