Betting Rules
Introduction and Acceptance
These Betting Rules govern the use of Ffbet's sportsbook. By opening an account and placing a Bet, you acknowledge and agree that these Betting Rules form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and that you shall comply with them at all times. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- End User: an individual who uses the sportsbook services and has accepted these Betting Rules.
- Bet: a risk-based agreement between the End User and Ffbet on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, entered by the Placement of a Stake and potentially yielding a Winning based on the Odds, or a loss of the Stake.
- Stake: the amount of money transferred by the End User to Ffbet in respect of a Bet.
- Market: an in-play or pre-match event on which a Stake may be placed.
- Event: a sporting, eSports, virtual sport, or other event offered by Ffbet for betting.
- Odds: the coefficient offered by Ffbet for a given outcome, expressed in decimal form for settlement purposes.
- Winnings: the amount payable to the End User when a Bet is settled in the End User’s favour.
- Operator: Ffbet, the legal entity providing betting services in accordance with applicable law and licensing requirements.
- Live Betting: Bets placed on markets that are active and updating in real time during an event.
General Rules
- Age and eligibility: No person may hold an account or place a Bet if prohibited by applicable law or if under the legal gambling age in the End User’s jurisdiction. The Operator may conduct identity and age verification in accordance with applicable AML/KYC requirements.
- Language and precedence: In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails. If a policy conflicts with sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
- Independence of Bets: Bets are subject to acceptance by Ffbet. The Operator may refuse or cancel any Bet at its sole discretion before the game starts, including ambiguous or incorrectly entered Bets, and may offer an alternative price or stake where appropriate.
- Single account and anti-fraud measures: Use of automated systems, robots, or multiple or third-party accounts to access or use the sportsbook is forbidden. Bets placed in breach of this rule may be voided and the End User may lose all rights to such Bets.
- Data sources and accuracy: Ffbet uses reputable data sources for event results. Where data sources are not disclosed, they may be provided upon request. Ffbet excludes liability for inaccuracies in live data that are beyond its control.
- Odds format: All Bets are settled on decimal odds, regardless of the display format selected by the End User.
- Reliance on information: Statistical or editorial information published by the sportsbook is for information and entertainment only and is not a basis for decision-making.
- Suspension of offers: Ffbet reserves the right to suspend or change betting offers, limits and payout limits without prior notice, subject at all times to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Placing a Stake and Accepting a Bet
- Validity of Bets: All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when expressly confirmed as accepted on the bet slip.
- Bet timing: Bets on standard (non-live) events are accepted until the earlier of the advertised start time or the actual start time. Bets placed after the event has started (non-live markets) will be treated as void. Live Bets may continue, subject to live-betting rules.
- Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum stake is €1 (or the statutory equivalent). Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and jurisdiction and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
- Funding and cancellation: Bets may be void if the End User‘s account has insufficient funds to cover the stake, or if deposits are reversed or cancelled by the payment processor. Ffbet may cancel any Bet where a fraud concern or other irregularity is detected.
- Price errors and corrections: Ffbet may correct obvious pricing errors. In such cases the Bet may be settled at revised odds where applicable for pre-live bets.
- Settlement basis: Regardless of any displayed odds format, settlement is based on decimal odds.
Bet Types
Ffbet offers a range of Bet types, including:
- Single (ordinary) bets on a single outcome.
- Combo (parlay) bets on multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win for the Bet to win.
- System bets, comprising multiple combinations from a fixed set of outcomes with a uniform stake per expression.
- Multibet structures such as Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, and Goliath, with outcomes calculated from the defined combinations.
- Bet Builder: a Bets builder across markets within a single Event; availability and terms are at the Operator’s sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
- Early Payout: a feature allowing settlement as a winner before final event completion where predefined conditions are met; availability is event- and market-specific and may be withdrawn without notice.
Note: If any bet comprises markets that are not offered or become unavailable, the Bet may be adjusted, reduced, or voided in accordance with these Rules.
Odds, Settlements, and Price Changes
- Odds can be updated or suspended at any time before a bet is settled. Obvious errors in displayed odds may be corrected, with the Bet settled on revised terms where applicable.
- Settlements are based on the official result of the Event. If official results are unavailable, in-house statistics may be used as a fallback, subject to internal policies. In all cases, Ffbet reserves the right to settle or re-settle a market in light of verifiable official information.
- Abandonments, cancellations, and postponements: Unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules, if a match is postponed or abandoned and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, open Bets will be settled on the final result. If the event is not completed within 24 hours, undecided Bets are void. Where a match’s start date is altered for broadcasting or fixture congestion, such changes do not classify as postponements for settlement purposes.
- In cases where a market cannot be verified, settlement may be delayed or voided. Ffbet will void bets if it determines that the outcome cannot be verified or the event did not occur as described.
Dead Heat Rules
In the event of a dead heat (two or more competitors sharing a winning position), winnings are adjusted by a dead heat factor as defined by the number of joint winners and participants. For multi-winner markets, only the affected contracts are pro-rated; other contracts are settled normally.
Outright and Futures
Outright markets contemplate “all in” outcomes. If the event is cancelled, void bets are declared; if venue changes occur, bets may be voided by Ffbet at its discretion. Seasonal or post-season events that determine final league positions or titles will be settled based on the official recognition by the governing body or competition, without regard to subsequent investigations or disqualifications that occur after settlement.
Settlement, Re-Settlement, and Corrections
- Most markets settle shortly after the event concludes. Ffbet may settle some markets early as a courtesy and reserves the right to re-settle or reverse bets if the official result differs from the result used at initial settlement, or if the event is voided or suspended.
- Operator mistakes: If Ffbet accepts a bet in error, or if obvious pricing errors occur, the bet may be cancelled, or settled at corrected odds, and balances adjusted accordingly.
- Injury and non-participation: If a participant is announced injured or withdraws, bets on that participant may be voided or subject to Rule 4 deductions where applicable, depending on the market terms. Bets on other participants remain valid unless otherwise specified.
- Selections not Offered: If a winner or other selection is unavailable, bets on remaining selections stand and are settled according to these Rules.
- Score and data: Scoreboards and live data are indicative; Ffbet is not responsible for reliance on such data where it is incorrect or unavailable.
Live Betting and In-Play
Live markets are subject to rapid change. Ffbet may suspend, delay, or adjust live odds and markets due to feed interruptions, technical issues, or suspected irregular activity. Bets placed during a disruption may be voided or re-offered at the Operator’s discretion. The End User bears sole responsibility for checking live data at the time of betting and for understanding how live updates affect settlement.
Cash Out and Early Payout
- Cash Out: Ffbet may offer a Cash Out option to modify one or more terms of an existing Bet. Acceptance of a Cash Out offer results in termination of the original Bet under the new terms. Cash Out offers may be accepted or rejected by the End User and can vary over time.
- Early Payout: Where available, Early Payout allows settlement as a winner before the event completes if predefined conditions are met. Availability is at Ffbet’s sole discretion and may be removed at any time without notice. Bets containing Early Payout components may be settled partially, with remaining parts continuing under standard settlement rules.
Bet Builder
The Bet Builder feature allows combining multiple Markets within the same Event. Availability is at Ffbet’s sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. If a component market is void or disputed, the remaining components may still stand in accordance with the Betting Rules. Bets included in a Bet Builder may also be part of a larger Combo or System bet with corresponding settlement rules.
Responsible Gambling and AML/KYC
Ffbet promotes responsible gambling. Customers may be required to provide documentation to verify identity and age and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Customers should set self-imposed limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Access to the sportsbook may be restricted in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
Disputes and Complaints
Any claims or protests regarding decisions on Bets must be raised in writing within seven days after the event’s original start time. The End User should contact Ffbet’s Customer Support. For all disputes, the English version of these Betting Rules governs. Ffbet will review the matter and respond in accordance with internal procedures and applicable law.
Rule Changes and Notifications
Ffbet reserves the right to modify these Betting Rules at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes may be communicated through internal notices or account alerts. Continued use of the sportsbook after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
Miscellaneous
These Betting Rules are to be read together with the Terms and Conditions. Ffbet disclaims liability for typographical or clerical errors and for any information not provided by official sources. In all matters not expressly covered herein, ordinary commercial considerations apply and sport-specific Rules shall take precedence over General Rules where applicable.
