Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ffbet online casino and sportsbook services (the Services). By registering, logging in or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must refrain from opening an account or using the Services.

Warranties and Representations

In registering and using the Services you warrant that you act on your own behalf, are legally capable of entering into contracts, have not been excluded from gambling, and that the information provided is true and complete. You warrant ownership of funds used to fund the account and that such funds are not derived from illegal activities. You acknowledge the inherent risk of loss in gambling and accept responsibility for all losses. You agree to comply with applicable law and to inform yourself of any tax obligations arising from winnings. You will promptly update any changes to your information.

Identity Verification and KYC

The operator may request documents to verify identity, age and source of funds. You must provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe, typically fourteen 14 days. Ffbet may suspend or withhold payments until verification is complete. The verification process may be conducted before deposits or withdrawals and may include background checks with third parties as permitted by law.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods chosen by you. The minimum deposit is €20 or the currency equivalent. Withdrawals are generally made to the same method used for funding where possible and to the name registered on the account. Ffbet reserves the right to apply internal controls and to suspend funds pending verification. Balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions and bonuses are governed by separate promotional terms. Any wagering requirements, time limits or bet caps will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a maximum bet while a bonus is active may apply, such as a per‑spin limit or a percentage of the bonus value, whichever is applicable. Non compliance with promotion terms may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

Responsible Gaming

Ffbet supports responsible gaming. Account holders may set time limits and self‑exclusion options in their account settings. If gambling becomes problematic, users should seek help through the resources provided on the site or contact support for guidance.

Prohibited Conduct and Compliance

Cheating, collusion, use of automated software or bots, and other manipulation of results are strictly prohibited. Account sharing or use of duplicate accounts is prohibited. Ffbet may suspend or terminate accounts and confiscate funds in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or illegal activities. Where required by law, information may be reported to authorities.

Account Management and Closure

Ffbet may refuse to open or may close accounts at any time without notice. Accounts may be suspended pending investigation or for inactivity. Upon closure, eligible funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and policy in force at the time.

Intellectual Property

All content and software on Ffbet are owned by the operator or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed or reverse engineered without written permission from the rights holder.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with the operator’s Privacy Policy. You consent to processing for AML and related regulatory purposes and agree that information may be disclosed to authorities as required by law or regulation.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Ffbet operates. Termination and Suspension

Ffbet may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or risk management concerns. In such events, the operator will determine the status of funds in the account in accordance with applicable law and policy, including potential withdrawal of eligible funds upon verification and compliance with requests from authorities.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Ffbet regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements. No third party rights are granted except as required by law. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. Notices may be provided via in‑site messaging or to the last known email address on file.
